🥗 Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup milk (e.g., almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds (optional)

Sugar-Free Caramel

  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • ½ cup coconut milk (thick part after cooling)
  • A pinch of Himalayan salt

📜 Instructions

  1. First, juice the apples with your Kuvings Slow Juicer.
  2. Then add the banana and the remaining ingredients.

Sugar-Free Caramel

  1. Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil.
  2. Then simmer over low heat for a few more minutes until the mixture thickens.
