🥗 Ingredients
- 2 apples
- 1 banana
- 1 cup milk (e.g., almond milk)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds (optional)
Sugar-Free Caramel
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- ½ cup coconut milk (thick part after cooling)
- A pinch of Himalayan salt
📜 Instructions
- First, juice the apples with your Kuvings Slow Juicer.
- Then add the banana and the remaining ingredients.
Sugar-Free Caramel
- Mix all ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Then simmer over low heat for a few more minutes until the mixture thickens.
