🍦 Who says ice cream has to be unhealthy?
This homemade Magnum is creamy, caramel-flavored, and completely free of added sugar — the perfect way to enjoy a guilt-free weekend treat.
🥗 Ingredients
Ice Cream
- 1 cup soaked cashews
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- ½ cup coconut cream (solid part, chilled overnight)
- ¼ cup maple syrup
Caramel Sauce
- 6 tbsp coconut sugar
- 6 tbsp coconut cream (solid part, chilled)
📜 Instructions
- Mix the coconut sugar and coconut cream, then heat for a few minutes to make caramel sauce.
- Blend all ice cream ingredients in the Kuvings Vacuum Blender CB1000 until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the caramel sauce on top, freeze overnight, and coat with melted chocolate.
