🍫 Have you ever made your own chocolate?
It’s easier than you think – and the best part: homemade chocolate not only tastes incredibly delicious but can also be customized entirely to your liking.
This festive chocolate combines cozy holiday flavors with a touch of zero waste – the perfect way to make use of leftover cranberry pulp from juicing.
🥗 Ingredients
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp cranberry pulp
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 1 tsp gingerbread spice
- Toppings of your choice: cranberries, shredded coconut
📜 Instructions
- Press fresh cranberry juice with the Kuvings AUTO10S Slow Juicer and use the leftover cranberry pulp for the chocolate.
- Mix all ingredients together and warm gently until melted.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and decorate as desired.
- Chill the chocolate in the refrigerator for about one hour.
- Tip: If you prefer to store it at room temperature, use cocoa butter instead of coconut oil.
