🍓🍫 Gluten-free & sugar-free chocolate pancakes – who could resist?
The perfect combination of chocolate and strawberries – treat yourself and start your day sweetly!
🥗 Ingredients
- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 ripe banana
- ¾ cup milk (e.g., cashew-hazelnut drink*)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
📜 Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork. Alternatively, use a blender, but don’t overmix — the batter should be thick and sticky.
- Heat a pan, pour in about 2 tablespoons of the mixture, and top with fresh fruits.
Homemade cashew-hazelnut milk
- Soak the nuts overnight
- Juice them alternately with water using the Kuvings juicer.
